Despite Covid and Hurricane Sally, the average sales price for real estate in Baldwin County increased over this time last year. Traditional properties rose 2.8% while resort properties rose 4.3%.
At the same time, the average days on market (DOM) as compared with 2019, has decreased substantially. With traditional properties, DOM dropped 14.3% and 16.3% in resort properties.
What does this mean for YOU?? Well, this means it’s still a great time to sell! BUYERS need to act when they find the property that fits their needs. With average DOM at 60/77, there’s no time to waste!
