My name is Alison White and as a Realtor I assist buyers and sellers with Real Estate in the Gulf Shores area, including Orange Beach, Foley, Magnolia Springs, Elberta and Lillian. I am British and have extensive training and experience in property sales from one of the largest property agencies in the UK, Hamptons International, with 65 branches throughout the UK. Previous to joining Hamptons International, I worked for more than fourteen years in a housing office for Local Government. My career in property began during the UK boom years of the mid-1980's, when I was a site agent in a development in Mayfair, London, and sold upscale and what are now multi-million dollar properties. My home-town in the UK was Brighton & Hove which is a coastal resort 55 miles south of London. The city attracts many visitors due to its 3-mile seafront promenade and diverse events scheduled throughout the year, including an annual International Arts Festival during the whole month of May. The tourist aspect of Brighton & Hove has helped to make me feel very at home in Gulf Shores with its beautiful sugar-white sandy beach, eclectic community and abundant seafood restaurants. I have a son who lives in St Louis, Missouri and he loves to visit his Mom in beach paradise! I joined EXIT Realty Gulf Shores in June 2017 and in my 4th year achieved sales volume of over $5 million and in October 2022 received an EXIT Bronze Award for selling more than 25 properties in one year. Real Estate is hard work but is very rewarding and I meet so many nice people who often become new friends.
